DrosAfrica collaborator, Dr Amos Abolaji, University of Ibadan, Nigeria, has been invited to make presentation at the 20th EMBL PhD Symposium, 22-24 November, 2018 at EMBL Heidelberg, Germany with the theme: Game Changers: Revolutionary Ideas in Modern Biology (https://twitter.com/EMBLPhDSymp). This is in recognition of his ongoing contribution to the training of new researchers and the support for the availability and viability of Drosophila melanogaster as a research tool in Sub Saharan African countries.
